Improve debug logging

ROS has loggers built in, though as of competition 2024 we have no standard for a logging format or where to save logs.

This issue requires the user to develop a logging format (such as timestamp, file, function, etc.) as well as figure out an appropriate way to save logs without having a consistent time).
