Make DB name in c3p0 name more robust (#17447)

Consult any of these keys when trying to determine the "name" portion of the c3p0 data: :db :dbname :sid :catalog

Update existing `c3p0-datasource-name-test` to more robustly check the different portions of the c3p0 dataSourceName
