* add correct currency symbol to filter inputs

* show currency symbol in between inputs

* lift currency prefix logic up component tree

* remove unused function

* fix existing tests

* test currency prefixes

* fix test nesting

* get currency symbols for columns from our currency map

* use visualization settings for currency inputs

* use keyForColumn() to get visualization settings
