Enable "Showing XX rows" for all types of visualizations (#30843) 

* Enable "Showing XX rows" for all types of visualisations
- Closes https://github.com/metabase/metabase/issues/29261

* Add a test case for rendering of QuestionRowCount regardless of visualization type

* Remove duplicated expect()

* Improve test case
- Move setupCardDataset function call to the main setup function
- Use it.each
