Rewrite open table helper (#20304) 

* Expand the `visitQuestionAdhoc` helper with the selection of the `mode`

* Rewrite `openTable` helpers using the `visitQuestionAdhoc`

* Remove superfluous wait for the `dataset`

* Fix `nulls` test

* Rewrite and fix `trendline` test

* Fix `saved` question test
