* fix: sqlserver handle uniqueidentifier uuids

Fixes #46148

Include sqlserver in `uuid-type` handling as its `uniqueidentifier` type
stores uuids.

* Don't be so precise with varchar size

* Add seam for drivers to cast to text type

* Fix arg order
