These maria/mysql/postgres tests all specify `MB_DB_TYPE` so we omit the
`exclude-tags` selector to run all tests. The only strange one here is

For some reasons, snowplow/igluctl as the service container in GitHub Action
workflow does not work anymore. Therefore, just invoke it directly with
`docker run`.

This version fixes a bug where Malli was generating types unknown to
